John Thomas grew up in Sumter, South Carolina where he graduated from Wilson Hall School. John went on to graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Real Estate and Management Entrepreneurship.
After earning his real estate license in 2022, he initially began his career specializing in timber tracts, recreational acreage, and agricultural land. He later joined a top performing brokerage team where he expanded into commercial real estate, being involved with over 40 transactions in 2.5 years, including industrial, retail, office, and land.
At Tiger Capital, John Thomas focuses on identifying and underwriting multifamily sites & communities across the Southeast. In addition, John is actively introducing new investors to upcoming opportunities cultivating long lasting relationships. Outside of real estate, he is an avid outdoorsman and conservation advocate.
